The Elder Futhark runes are the oldest known runic alphabet, used by Germanic and Norse peoples from roughly the 2nd to the 8th century CE.

These symbols were carved into stone, wood, bone, and metal for writing, storytelling, memorials, and personal markings. Over time, runes also became associated with symbolism, intuition, and spiritual interpretation.

Today, many people use runes as a reflective tool (similar to tarot or oracle cards) to explore themes, guidance, and connection.
